Positive Reflection

“Working in a team makes it hard for everyone to show their best because many peoples start depending on other team members.”

This is what I believe before being a part of Amal Family.

University is the only place Where I get the chance of working with a team. Where everyone remains silent after creating a WhatsApp group.

In the end, Whole work will be on the shoulders of only a single person. This makes me feel unfair for them, and for the marks as well.

With the passage of time, these incidents become my belief that only an ideal team worth the teamwork.

In the very first week of Amal Career Prep Fellowship Program, I think the same. Like “I wish this won’t be the same as university’s situation.”

My wish came true. ;-p

The Environment, freedom, versatility and security that we got from the Amal Family helped us a lot in showing our colours.

This is Where I learned that for effective teamwork, it is not necessary that your team should be ideal. As long as you are good at communicating with others you will get the best results.

Everyone in the team used effective communication method to communicate and exchange the comments, feedbacks and suggestions to improve their work. They all dedicate themselves to work and complete tasks on time. In case, if someone is facing any trouble, everyone moves forward to help them.

This changed my perception completely.

For effective teamwork, you don’t need to have an ideal team, good communication will help you till the end.

This is where I came to know about how poor in communicating with others. This is the skill I need to improve to get rid of the issues.

From now on, I won’t

• Wait for anyone to start the conversation.
• Wait for anyone to show up for solving the problem.

All these changes are under the influence of super amazing PM, PA, and fellows in Amal Academy.
