The first step towards my Smart Goal

Being a person with a growth mindset has never been so easy.

You have to say shut up to your own thoughts that come in your mind after every second of starting something exciting.

Every time, your brain comes up with a new idea as,

“Let’s do this”

But…

Usually, I have to say “NO” to get done with the tasks that I already have or avoid the chances of throwing myself into unnecessary troubles.

Fortunately, this time I think about the things I want to do and I really have to do. at the same time, I don’t have to say that awkward “Shut Up” to myself.

This is what this JUST START means.

One of my Smart Goals is about reading 6 books this year.
I used to follow the formula to improve my progress every month and every year, that should be more exciting than the previous one.

Last year, I read 3 books about business, leadership and how to be a better person.

This year, I want to read 6 books about self-discovery.

I was on the track of achieving this goal but…

Suddenly, got stuck into some terrifying tasks with my job, studies and Amal Academy as well.

With the Just start activity, I retake myself on the track and start reading another book which is The Book of Why by JUDEA PEARL

The Book of WHY

SO, in this week, I complete the first chapter of this book successfully.

The first chapter of The Book of WHY
